New Account Registration
Whether you’re a healthcare professional or a consumer, you do not have to be an existing customer to register an online account and place orders.
Accounts
Accounts are created online directly by the website user. You do not have to be an existing customer to register an account online. If you receive special pricing and credit terms, these accounts can be set up directly with Customer Service by phone or email.
Registration Problems
Most problems will be indicated by an “error message” during the registration process. If an irresolvable error prevents registration, please contact Customer Service by phone or email.
Invalid Addresses
We utilize address validation to verify deliverable locations. If you encounter an invalid address error, please confirm the address. If this error cannot be resolved, please contact Customer Service.
Ordering & Shipping
Tracking Your Order
You can find parcel shipment tracking information conveniently on the World Wide Medical website when viewing your order detail in the My Order section of the site. Note: Shipping confirmations will be emailed when an order has left a distribution center. If you are unable to locate your order, please contact Customer Service.
Order Status & History
You can view order status and history conveniently in the My Order section of the website. If you are unable to locate your order, please contact Customer Service.
Order Confirmations
Upon submitting an order via the internet, an order confirmation will automatically email to the registered address on file. If you do not receive an order confirmation on screen or by email, please contact Customer Service.
Shipping Confirmations
When an order has left a distribution center, a Shipping Confirmation will automatically be emailed to the registered address on file. If multiple items, were ordered, you may receive separate shipments to complete the order and additional shipping confirmations will follow. If you’ve received an order but not a shipping confirmation, please contact Customer Service.
Missing or Wrong Items
If your order is missing items or has been incorrectly filled, please contact Customer Service. Short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping Charges
Parcel charges will apply to all ground and air shipments based on total weight and will be calculated at time of order. If separate shipments are required to complete an order due to stock availability, no additional charges will be applied for subsequent shipments.
Other Charges
Hazardous Materials
Items with a hazardous materials classification may require an additional surcharge, which is automatically added to the shipping cost at time of order. Please note that hazmat items are restricted from air shipments – only available for ground delivery.
Oversize Charges
Certain items are considered dimensionally oversized requiring a different parcel rate, which is automatically reflected in the shipping cost at time of order.
Next Day Shipping
Web orders received by 12:00PM EST for stocked merchandise, Monday through Friday, will ship the next day.
Standard Ground
Standard ground arrives in 3-5 working days (excluding weekends). Parcel charges are based on total weight and will be calculated at time of order. Saturday deliveries not available for web orders.
Rush Air Shipments
If you need an order right away, next day and two day air shipments are available (excluding weekends). Web orders received by 12:00 p.m. EST for stocked merchandise, Monday through Friday, will ship same day. Arrival date depends on method of shipment selected at time of order excluding weekend days. Parcel charges are based on total weight and will be calculated at time of order. Saturday deliveries not available for web orders.
Pricing
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the pricing on the website, World Wide Medical reserves the right to change prices without notice. If you receive special or contract pricing which is not displayed when you are logged into your account, please contact Customer Service before processing your order.
Price adjustments cannot be made after and order is processed.

Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. Please provide the name, number and expiration date as they appear on the charge card.
Order On Account
If you’re an existing customer with credit terms, you may order online using those terms. For information on opening an account with World Wide Medical, please call Customer Service . All orders subject to credit approval.
Sales Tax & Exemptions
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged based on state and/or local tax percentage of the location receiving merchandise.
Exemptions
Orders will calculate tax until we have received and validated a copy of your exemption or resale certificate for each state receiving merchandise.

- - If you’ve already placed an order online but not yet provided a certificate, sales tax will be credited and exempt status will apply to all future orders upon receipt and verification of the applicable certification.
Tax or Resale Certificates can be mailed or faxed.

Inventory Status
In Stock:
Available at time of order placement. If an in-stock item becomes unavailable temporarily at time of shipment, this portion of your order will be put on backorder and ship when available.
Backorder:
Item is temporarily out of stock. If added to your order, it will ship when available.
Partial Quantity Available:
There are insufficient qtys. of this product in stock to fill your order requested qty. The available in-stock qty. will ship upon receipt of your order - the remaining qty. will be put on backorder and ship when available.
Drop Ship:
This Item Ships Directly from the factory and/or is made to order.
Non-Formulary - Not Orderable:
This product is not included on your facility's formulary contract.
Returns & Damaged Goods
Damaged Goods
Damaged shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt.
- If a shipment arrives damaged or if the box appears so, note damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign, acknowledging the damagee.
- Contact World Wide Medical's Customer Service within 3 days to start processing a claim. An order will be entered at the same time to replace the merchandise.
- Save the container and merchandise for inspection

Return Procedure
Call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-817-4545, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST for a returned goods authorization number (RGA number). Write the number on the outside of your return shipment and send package to World Wide Medical Services, Inc. 3820 Northdale Blvd Ste 309B Tampa, FL 33624. All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer - see Returns Policy below. Items must be returned within 30 days to of receiving RGA number.
Return Procedure
- All returns must have an RGA number (returned goods authorization number). All unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% processing fee and a $10 administrative charge.
- No returns will be accepted after 90 days elapse.
- All returns must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable condition. For applicable restocking fees consult the chart below.
- If you receive merchandise as a result of a World Wide Medical’s error, you will be issued a credit for return shipping expense and no restocking fee will be applied.
- For all other returns, we will credit your account for returned merchandise, minus the required restocking fee once merchandise has been received, inspected and confirmed to be in resalable condition. Credits will not be issued for items received in non-resalable condition. The customer is responsible for properly packaging and protecting the item during its shipping back to World Wide Medical. Initial freight charges are not credited. All credits must be redeemed within 180 days.
- Sorry, but for health reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of eating, hygiene and mouth stick products. In addition, we cannot accept books, computer software and videos that have been removed from original packaging.
- Credits for returns are issued only to original purchaser.
- No cash refunds issued for under $25.00. Credit balance will be applied to future purchases made within 180 days.
