As soon as we receive the Patient's Information (pdf download), Letter of Medical Necessity (pdf download), and type of unit prescribed, our agents begin working for you.

Time is valuable! We will obtain all insurance authorizations alleviating your employee workload. You instruct the patient on the proper use of the unit, and your office and your facility will benefit from the initial fitting fee as well as any further evaluations allowed by their insurance carriers.

How we stay connected to patients

Once approved for one of our home electro-therapy devices, one of our Representatives will contact your patient within 7-10 business days. During this call, the Representative will ensure the following:

  • The patient has proper instructions on the device and feels comfortable using it.
  • The patient fully understands who we are and how to contact us.
  • The patient fully understands our billing procedures.
  • Answer any further questions that the patient may have.
